Title: Kroma!! Another change

Change the time of the builds from Midnight to 8:00 PM please.     Making this change for a number of reasons. Mainly however so that I don't have to stay up late.  :p

OK, another 2 second change, but since this is in a separate post I am compelled to treat it as a separate transaction. Thus another billable hour.
