Can anyone explain how this moves? :o

It moves because you are too close for your eyes to adjust to all the different angles. There are only so many angles that they can see in a set scope at once, or more apt, that your mind can comprehend in a specific small point one could say, and so it keeps adjusting the picture trying to cope. However, stare at it from a further distance and you will see less movement. If you are far enough away, you won't see any movement.

Hmmm, does this have anything to do with the fovea? (prolly spelled wrong).
