Title: Request: I finally managed to export my "Bubba" class model from...
Post by: Grand Master of Shadows NCC37385 on December 07, 2004, 08:05:38 pm
...from the program I created it on and import it to Milkshape. Im not very good at Milkshape, so if anyone would like to "dress it up", I would appreciate it. Also, what file extension would be best to save it as? As I said, Im not very good with Milkshape.

For those that dont remember Bubba, it was a fun model I created for H&S. Stephen and a couple of other liked it and asked if someone could make a playable model out of it for fun. Here is what it looks like without the skin and textures. I dont know how to add them to Milkshape. Here are two before and after pics.

I think Aerothaven (sp) was working on this. It might take hime some time, But he did do the USS Cletus based on this idea.

Still funny as hell IMHO.

I stil am working on this idea.. I'm in the process of bonding the hull.  I've laid down the rust, bent up the nacelle, broke the bussard.  And I have some initial shots from ModViewer.. :)

I'll try to get the pix up later on tonight... they're real purty.  :)

(edit:  Have them running through my buddies server that he just got back online, so I'll be able to get Kane's site going tonight as well):

Atheoraven-

I actually do remember seeing cars that looked like that all over the road in the Midwest.  At least Eastern Yankees TRY to keep the rust down.

I see these all the time as well... that's why I was doing this look.  Can hardly wait until I get the naked woman mudflaps going.  :)

If it would not be too much trouble to ask  (and I hope I'm not opening a can of worms here) ...  I'd be curiuous to see what a P/U styled roll bar complete with flood lights .. and the gun rack below them would look like

I dont have it on the internet, so I sent it to you in an email. Like I said earlier, I dont know alot about Milkshape or what file extension to export it to, so I sent you two files of the ship. One is a ms3d file and the other is a asc file. Both are the same ship.

I'll check my email and see if it made it there.. :)

I should be able to import either into Max.. but I'll work with the best of the two..
