pretty fancy -  I just use pics of naked college co-eds for mine.

That's some nice work on the textures. My only suggestion is to maybe tone down the red a bit since Fed ships tend to have a slightly darker shade. You could also modify the phasers to have a pointed 'end' to the arrays.

The Nova and Prometheus had those types so it could help set this one further into the era. I still wouldn't put the Connie that far into the future as they would've surely retired the old bird after the Dominion War. Of course, it never hurts to get creative.

Only question...What are you taking the pics in? Are you using modviewer? If you render the pics, the textures will show better. Right now, to me at least, the hull has a glow effect. ::) Other than that, it looks great. Oh, BTW, have you checked out the Connie refits at http://www.ussmiranda.com ? One of those might serve better. ;)
