Post by: Rolling on January 18, 2005, 07:14:45 am: Personally, I prefer to use the broiler part of the oven. You know. the low section, where you can really have your schween close to the fire.

Then once it is nice and crispy, I smother it with cream cheese, then stick it back in the oven to melt a little.

Toasters are for ameteur.
