Casual tenders (2 PF's): Vanilla PF's only (no leaders or specialty)

Full tenders (4 PF's): Max 1 leader, max 1 specialty

I'll leave this excellent opportunity for Dizzy to post exactly which PF's are which to avoid confusion.

Lyran PF Leaders are PFL, PFE (I assume) and maybe PFpL (if you want to call it a leader)
PF PFp are vanilla
