Haven't seen a single CVS or CVSZ since I've been playing =(

Both are in the list, and carriers are set to 70% probability of construction. (I just upped it to 80% and increased big ship build tries with the last clean/reboot - see attached file). Best I can do for now, that should help.

I can't wait for full control of the shipyards... it's in sight...just need to run some more sql tests... ;)  I'm going ahead with my OoB for SQL regardless... (will still work fine on low pop servers), but I still wanna see SQL carry a load too...
