Would a server restricing DN's and BCH variants be OK
Basically leave BCH's unrestricted.

so BCHP, BCG,C7  unresticted
    BCHT/BCV/C7V restricted "build" upgrades.

or would restricting BCh's + up work better
-best you could buy would be a CCH


Actually can the production cycles be set so that a BCV would show up
more frequently than a BCf or BCG?
Therefore if a pilot is assigned a BP ship, he can find one easliy emoguh.
Anyone can buy a "stock' BCH but they don't show up that often so (hopefully) not everyone's flying them.

Sounds like it would be cool, though I think the CCH ships are more balanced accross the races (except with Kroma depleting the CB stocks on GW4 . . .)
