BTW Will, if you read this, DO NOT TURN THAT COOKWARE ON HIGH, med is HIGH with that stuff, plus you have a built in therm, like the markets, green is GOOD, Red is bad. It's GOOOOOOOOD.  ;)

heh yup , i know how to cook with nice cookware. Stuff gets hot quick
