I have a list of questions, so here goes.......
In the DefaultCore specs, there is the 0:0:0 for the Mines, Marines, and Shuttles.

As far as I know the middle number is the maximum amount, and the last is the minimum amount, but I can't seem to figure out what the first number does. Someone enlighten me on this, please.
In the ShieldItems, what does effeciency do?

Description ="F-SHIELD-I"
Strength = 5
Efficiency = 3.0
Cost = 500
Mass = 1000
Race = "F"
And, in the BridgeItems what does LockBonus do?
[ComputerItems\F-COMPUTER-I]

Mass = 100
AntiCloak = 0
AntiCloakRating = 0

LockBonus = 0
Health = 40

How do you know the last one is min?
BTW the first one was generally agreed as the "default" value... Middle is the max, as you pointed out. But I haven't seen anything on the last one.
Shield Efficiency I think was referring to regeneration speed. (tho the memory is a bit fuzzy at this point)
Lockon Bonus... First of all, I am not even sure if it's used in the game. Secondly, the name would suggest it's an improvement on "to hit %", would it not? (purely guessing here.)

The first number is the minimum a ship can have, the middle is max, the last one is how many by default before you buy to the max.. usually this is equal to the minimum.
Efficiency is how fast it recharges, and lock bonus, I haven't messed with.. the one to ask on this would be NannerSlug.
