Shadow, +1 and I and indebted to you for this.  Our school district sends us occasional letters concerning the appearance of a sex offender in our neighborhoods, but are not allowed to tell us exactly where.  We have to call the cops and ask them.  They are supposed to tell us, but they stonewall and we never find out.

Now I know.

That is a very nice find.  I did notice however that some of the people are now dead.  Not that that fact breaks my heart any but the site needs to be updated though.

Well, none that they've caught and prosecuted, anyway, I suppose.

My neighborhood is normally quite "safe" but recently (the last year or so) we've even had a spate of mojos from their car windows trying to get little kids to get some kid to go with them.  At least one time the child was able to report the license plate to the cops.  In fact, roughly a year or so ago, our own youngest one was walking with my wife and for some reason, she went ahead and he fell behind, but when he caught up, he said some guy in a car called to him.

I suppose it's the "safe" and such type neighborhoods that parents and kids are more at ease in and so the mojos might favor cruising these.  Nothing substitutes for alertness and vigilance, not even up to date perv (perp?) info sites.

There were about 10 in my area, and I know 2 of them.  One I believe I heard he didn't do it and it was proven that he didn't (he's driving the truck he bought with the money he got when his family sued the people that accused him of it), and the other is living with one of my ex-girlfriends and they have a child together.  She knows what happened too so if she wanted to get close to someone like that then it's no one's fault but her own when future actions come to pass.


I hope to God I'm wrong though.

Happy to help. I know alot of the people on here have kids and grandkids.
