Title: How come I can't login to the Dynaverse2?

I'm able to play SFC OP on GSA ok, but the game won't let me login to the D2.  When I get the screen where it says if your underage and such, the game says it logged in but the "join" button stays black.  Does anyone know what this problem might be?

The Dyna network is all funky today. Right now the server is being fixed. Keep trying and you will eventually get in.
