I'm no fan of penny over the counter stocks, otherwise known as pinksheets, as I lost a bit on one that showed great promise being an official affiliate of e-bay (the company is being sued for mismanagement and fraud), but this seems like a good deal, the only question is WHEN the buyout occurs, then you can cash in and get your profit!  ;)

Thanks for the Info, I'll have to look into It with the sis In law and myself handling all the Finances. It might be time to spread around a little Dough and see what Kinda Bread comes out.
