Title: Need info on SFB "Core Worlds"

I remember a couple of years ago some people on the web made a bunch of "fictitous" (ie. not offical SFB) races called "Core Worlds".  Basically Made up races and ships located far into the center of the Galaxy.  If anyone knows what I'm talking about, does anyone have info about them?  I can't seem to find them on the web.

If you can't find them, I have all the SSD's but have lost the rules... which, unfortunately makes them almost useless.
