Saw this on the test server.  Do these econ and shiplist messages in the news cause server problems?  For some reason, I thought they had in the past.

those ships listed as new in that part are just listings of ships that become available at the change of the dates.  As the year goes by, ships become available for buying by the pilots, this just advertises that a new one is available as of that time and date. :)
