Man, I must be getting old. None of ya'll never watched this show along with reruns of the Partridge family and Brady Bunch?

R.I.P. Eddie, I think you and Ms. Gabor and the cast rocked.

I used to watch the show with my parents.  Its a shame that he never achieved greater fame for his other works. 

Its also a shame that the show predates the legal change that would have given him royalties on the show instead of just the salary he was paid at the time.  This show and others made the studios fortunes but the actors and other creators got very little.

Actually I have the first two seasons on DVD.  (Very politically incorrect at times).  I bought them because I wanted to model a D&D NPC on Mr Hainey.  My niece (who wasn't playing the game) wanted to create a character just so she could kill him.  So I think I got it right.
