Refineries are at max production, putting more oil on the market isn't going to help the price of gas, but yes T, it does make one wonder, doesn't it?

Tanker rates have fallen, which boggles my mind as they usually go hand in hand with oil rates. It is that time of year though so everyone invested in the tanker market just has to wait for summer driving to kick in and also for a few hurricanes to spawn. I know Florida is NOT looking forward to hurricanes, much less the rest of the U.S., but it does make tanker rates go way up.

Perhaps it's time for me to buy that metro I've been eyeing.
