maybe I'll be able to add a base to my tos mod afterall. Will this have doors for launching them little torpedo shaped romulan war vessels?

I'm confused.  Why would you launch little torpedo shaped romulan war vessels from a federation space station?

There is no story to go along with this at SFM, so I decided it would make a good diplomatic station, designed to be in use in non-federation systems or systems beginning the application process...therefore, it is armed, but is mainly an office complex. Hope that makes sense...MP the story man. :P

Supposedly the naming of Stations has to do with what border they were on...

K-1, or K-7 I can't remember which, is a famous station on the Klingon border.  K for Klingon.  I would assume that a G would be Gorn border...but of course nothing is ever set in stone...

It's K-7.  In fact, there's a K-7 website devoted to TOS mods for the game Elite Force.  They've got some good conversations going on in their forums.  http://www.spacestationk7.eliteforce.com/
