Title: Someone has thrown... bug

How do I fix this. I cant even get to the menu screen. It shows the video clips then I get a debug windown saying  "someone threw in the following string: tStram_BasicFile::mGet():"
Anyone know how to fix this?

Which game? SFC1, EAW, OP, SFC3...
