Even though I'm invested in tankers, this still worries me, because we still show economic growth with high 50's and 60 plus a barrel oil. I hate seeing normal Americans get screwed. The time for talk is over, we have got to get serious about alternative energy, even if those windmills do kill birds, hehehehehehehe.

yeah, no kidding! Last time I filled my tank it cost $26, and that was the first time it ran me over $25!
just 10 gallons folks...

Yeah, gas prices were part of the reason I dumped my cell phone. can't afford it and keep the car fueled.

66 a barrel as of today. The 03 Camry now costs 40 to fill er up.

ANd the big guys in suits in DC do nothing to help us out as we go bankrupt trying to earn a living.

And what have the Democrats or any in government, proposed to help make the US more energy independent? Allow more drilling in the Gulf? Nope. Opening more lands for exploration? Nope.
Allowing the construction of more nuclear power plants? Nope. How many new refineries have been built in the past 30 years, to meet the demand of producing 14 different (mandated) grades of gasoline?
