Notice how they mention 3rd QTR will be up due to China. It is fact that 3rd QTR is good for maritime stocks, and especially for dry bulk carriers. Take a look at one dry bulk.

Me thinks that Cramer anal yst is hiting the crack pipe too much. As you can see Frontline is still the King of tanker companies.  ;D
