Green is your capitol. Black are planets. White are neutral hexes. Every other empire hex adjacent to a neutral zone has a Battlestation in it.
This is what I need the RM's to do, which is to be kept confidential from the enemy till the server starts. PM Post+link or email me back this map when you are done. Discuss it and choose carefully, your decision is permanent and will setup this map with a unique strategic layout that will ensure your victory or defeat. (Use a paint program and make sure I can understand it)
Each empire must place 2x Starbases and 2x permanent bases. These will be placed in each empire's home space.
Each side gets 2x embassy colored hexes per empire. These must be placed where the neutral hexes are located in friendly space. No two colors may be placed in the same empire.
Each side is allowed 3x Permanent bases and 5 Starbases to be placed in these embassy hexes. Two Permanent bases may not be placed in the same empire.
Each side has 1,500 DV's to be placed in 10 DV lots throughout their empires (you might want to send me 2x maps. One for all the above and one for the Map DV's). No more than a one-half of these DV's may be placed in a single empire. Al hexes start out at a DV of 10 and are reinforceable to 20. These DV's are to be used to raise these hexes to their maximum. The only hexes that are allowed to be raised to 30 are those that surround a planet, not the planet itself.
Things to keep in mind while placing bases, no base may be placed adjacent to another planet or base, not within 2 hexes of a capitol and not within 3 hexes of the neutral zone.
In addition, each RM will secretly choose 1 hex in 3 of their 4 empires located not more or less than 3 hexes from their HW and not adjacent to a planet or base. These 3x hexes will represent terraforming laboratory facilities and yours will be made known to the enemy once your empire loses it's first planet. The capture at any time of 2 of these 3 hexes is what will be required for an empire to obtain what it needs to terraform a planet. RM's will PM me at that time on the details for where the planet may be placed.

Ahh... the advantages of having done this in real life. lol
The only thing holding me back is the Alliance people being to slow to reply to my posts ;D :'(
