Title: New to ST:EAW and soon OP

Hi there, I'm relatively new to EAW (just received it yesterday) and OP (hoping to receive it soon). I've played SFC I to death, and decided to give SFC 3 a break (I wasn't too impressed by it). I'm guess I'm a late starter so I'm just looking for some pointers on how to get started around here, especially on the Dynaverse.

First, WELCOME :)

Second, the best place to check out first are the "sub" forums here in General as well as the D2 Campaign forums.

This will help you install, patch, and tweak everything that needs it.

Don't hesitate to ask for some help, this is a very giving community.

yeah no kidding. You've found the best online community out there. Welcome aboard. One thing you might want to try to find, especially if you're on broadband, is the enhancement package for OP. It gives you so much extra for the game. Models and so on. I'll tell you how good these guys are, someone mailed me a disc with the enhancement pack on it. Great bunch of folk....
