I think pretty much every new system has had some kind of trouble with overheating or other technical bugs.  Fortunately I've been lucky and have not had any troubles myself.

I always get a kick out of the auctions that advertise, "Information on how to get x."  People pay $10, $20 or more for what probably is an email saying, "Stand in line like everyone else!"  ;D
