Right now this is saying serveral services are down.

Is this accurate?

Note that alarm date: Dec 2nd.

I can get the serverlist just fine right now, however The Forge is not listed... I'll check on it now...

The server that The Forge is sunning on is down, Frey is probably working on it. (I hope...)

The Forge is back up, (those base construction probabilites will take now). I have not inspected the database for corruption, it appears that is was shut down properly... I will update the missions later today.
