Based on B5Wars/ Mongoose Board Games and Minatures for Babylon 5 and the 100K 3DSMax meshes. Original Meshes started out from the B5 Homeworld Mod. Added lots more detailing and poly reduction. These weigh about 3000 Polys each.

looks good minus a few smoothing issues. have you tried (assuming ur using max) detaching the smoothing groups to the mesh? i know it keeps sfc from over smoothing stuff, so it might help with ur engine.

I lot of issues are A6 engine rendering issues and my camera (these are in-game screenshots). I've been playing with in-game emissive/ ambient/ spec/ power properties for the skins.
Redoing some textures to make them higher res.
Working on a EA Earthforce One and Cortez Explorer.
Have: EA Hermes and Avenger (own designs), and ships modified from DamoclesX (Hyperion - 6 variants and Omega (3 variants)
Will convert them to SFC - but only have Max 6/7

If ya give me the 3d's,GIF's or LWO's when you're done with them I can finish the ports. Just not a MAX file.

No problem. They are yours to modify to SFC format. I have reskinned the Oracle Scout/ Light Cruiser. Still meed to recombine some skins
