Title: hey who will be the target BOUNTIES?

Where do we post for bounties?  when does each house choose a bounty?  Who would we tell?  etc.

I imagine in your house (anyone's house) there could be several bounties placed.  As I understand it, each house can only choose 1 person they want to put a bounty on, but no restrictions on which house that bounty is under.  The only restriction I have seen is that the person with the price on his head can decline if he so wishes.

Assuming everything works over the weekends, bounties will be assigned Sunday night
