I need education on some fields in the shiplist.

What is the "Balance" field?  Is more better?

What are the "w" fields all about?  Specifically, W7, W16, W17, W18, and W19?

OTOH I think they reflect the balance factors of the 25 potential weapon points, bigger being associated with the more potent weapons (e.g. if you've got 4 gatlings on hardpoint 7 then the W7 balance factor might be a substantial value, if you've got nothing on that hardpoint then it's probably 0 or null)

No solid idea, can only hazard educated guesses. It is not documented anywhere. What I would like to know is how EagleEye seems to know... and their UI access is interesting as well...  :skeptic:
