That's e really cool ship you have for your Sig! She's the Shaandra, right? I DLed her and she looks really good, but I do have a problem with your scaling. Instead of you scaling down the Ambassador-type saucer and nacelles, you scaled up the Constitution secondary hull. Now, the ship does look beautifully proportioned, but I think with the Constitution hull being the main part, and you stating that the Shandra is a refit of an actual Constitution, you need to shrink the Shaandra down to Constitution scale rather than upsizing it to Ambassador scale. I'd love to have the Shaandra as part of my fleet, but that cannot be done if she looks out of scale to the rest of my Constitutions. Would you be willing to downsize her so I can have Fleet and Squadron pics?

Hmmmm I did scale her to Connie -esk size. Both in SFC II and III thanks to Daihak, and now thanks to Zambie Zan BC as well. She should be about 305 m........well between 305 and 390m IIRC. And thanks for the praise, she is my favorite ship out of everything I've ever done ;D. Oh and if ya like her check out my U.S.S. Alexander Legate class
another of my X or "Lost Era" ships. She's the predecessor to the Shaandra class. And stay tuned because Daihak and I have another one on the way, again very unique with aspects of both TMP and TNG eras ;)

You're quite welcome for the praise, you deserve it. She is a beautiful ship.
However, your scaling is off. I used the 3D Model Viewer to compare it to an accurate Constitution (refit), and the apparent perpective stayed the same (ie. the ship stayed the same size in the viewer), but the zoom value, or rather, apparent distance from the ship more than doubled. The distance on the standard Constitution (refit) was set around 31, the distance to your Shaandra was 67.
I have noticed that in a lot of models I've DLed from Battleclinic recently, specifically the bases. They're just plain huge. If you could, I have a few requests for rescaling a couple of models. One being your beautiful Shaandra, the other being a TOS-looking base station, called "Station G-7". The middle of the ring looks like it should be 3 decks thick--it has three levels of viewports--and the windows in it are large and round, but in-game, it's starbase-sized. The shuttlebay doors swallow my dinky Mikasa-class SFB frigate!
Anyhoo, if you're up for it, the resized models would be greatly appreciated.

I'll check it out for you, yes I know the bases on my page are HUGE and that is a MOD thing. As for the scaling...if there is an exact number that I can plug in to each model axis X.Y, and Z that will get the ship the right size please someone tell me ( I use Milkshape 3D) and I'll fix the issues. Otherwise I think (well) I know from my point I'm flying blind in the scaling. If I tried to explain it, you'd be as confused as me :P.
Oh BTW Mackie is gonna give this Miranda a go as well.

Damn, I have no idea what the x, y, z, settings would be. Anyone else have 3D Model Viewer and Milkshape 3d, and know what I'm talking about? I'd appreciate the help...
Alternatively ModelsPlease, you could just try halfing the values you have. As I said, the apparent distance is doubled.
