Title: Modification help please... regeneration?

Its obvious that the Borg hulls regenerate in battle and on the hex map now, but can I change the rate at which it does in battle?  If so, in what file?

Is there a way to make Borg armor regenerate?  If so, in what file?

Is there a way to make Borg hardpoints regenerate?  I understand that warp cores do now, but very slowly, and once again, in what file if this is possible to change.
