Title: Econ War: A huge payoff for Overlords to toy with

In order to try and attract a few more overlords, and to have a bit of roleplaying fun, I've decided to give a special 3,000 PP equivalent fund to each overlord during the first week.  This represents special funds you've skimmed from your organization (what's the point of being in charge of pirates if you can't skim) and have earmarked towards maintaining your control.    What can you use this money for?

Bounties!  Everyone can use their PP to offer bounties on the heads of anyone who annoys them, but no one has as much money to spread around as the overlord.   You can use this 3,000  to create as many bounties as you want.  Blow it all on one big pain in the arse pirate, or start a collection of heads.

If there were 300 on Hexx, and Hexx actually showed up for a server ;) they would be filled  ;D
