Hey, my EW information thread (stickied at the top) is admin locked.   I can't update the thread with the new shiplist for Econ War.

I locked it myself a while back, but now it shows as locked by an admin.  This has happened a couple of times.  At first I can lock and unlock at will, but then suddenly I can't.   Do all locked threads switch themselves to "admin locked" after a while?

Oops -This time, that would probably be due to me updating the post with the installer links. :-[    I'll update it and unlock it again. Sorry about that.
