Well... uhmm quick history here, turns out that while I've been believing for the past few months that I've just been having the flu over and over (and over and over) again it seems my health has been in a more precarious postion than I thought.
(Apparently at 30 I'm not quite as invincible as I think I am.. stupid doctors,what do they know..)
Anyway turns out that anemia and a host of other amusing words (I now hate the word "biopsy") are actually bad for you and can signify some stuff thats pretty wrong with your body. And while I continue to be a medical marvel (apparently) and have a number of symptoms, so far tests have turned up nothing, but they want to do more and make sure they don't miss anything etc etc. And to be honest, as much as I generally detest doctors, I really want to get this looked into. Scarey enough that after a week of the possibility I've already pretty much completey changed my diet.
Anyway, self pity aside for the next few months I'm not really going to be able to set up and run a campaign, or rather I could, but might have to leave at anytime , and more to the point I'm feeling insanely selfish at the moment (OK so self pity continues..) and don't really want to set it up.
So yes, Katfight and everything else I was working on will be on a bit longer hiatus than I planned, I'll still be hanging out here (no fear) but am not really up to putting something together now.
I'm sure I'll still be as full of wit and sage advice as ever though, rejoice.

Christ did they do a Liver Biopsy? I've had two of those and they are not fun. Take care of your self there Hexx.

while i have been suffering through a diferent sort of illness(marital break-up) this community has helped me stay some what sane,and has been a great confort,knowing i could come on here(ts) and vent.take advantage of it Hexx.we may hate to lose a game ,and sometimes get harsh with one another blah blah blah,but this community is defenately full of sci fi geeks that love to support friends in need.......GL Hexx

I feel for you, Hexx. I've got one of those "mystery ailments" too. The doctors just can't seem to pin down what's making me sick.

I'd say, judging from your avatar, your mystery ailment stems from walking around with a filthy latex head attached to your shoulder! Don't you ever wash that thing?
I kid, I kid...
Both of you should stick to the universal cure all... BOOZE! Antiseptic and chock fulla vitamins and minerals and all that good stuff! Err, that's what the local distillers tell me anyhow. In any case, if you stay drunk, you won't have time to feel sick!
Man, I am a medical guru or something... I should write a book or host a talk show or something... I gotta be at least as qualified as Dr Phil....
