Title: Geneal Question im getting a new computer soon with XP

And i would like to go back to playing SFC2

In short i have no idea if SFC2 will work on my new system, im leary of installing it since ive alway hd this feeling that the originalprobelms with SFC2 started my problems with my current computer.

In short is there a good and safe way to play SFC2 on win XP?

No issues at all afaik. Just make sure you disable your windows firewall and any third party fw before playing multiplayer.

I only have SFC2 though not OP. Looking back that was a dumb thing to do (not buy it) but if i recall i was not to happy with Taldren in those days, and of course after ages of looking through the bargain bins still nothin. But i still love the old game!...Looking forward to blowing somebody up..

You do not need a 64 bit processor and OS despite what the salesman would have you believe.

Bonk is right. The more RAM the better, but any desktop or notebook out these days can handle OP easily. Be weary of E-Machine though. Mine seems to have issues with logging missions if more than 6-7 players are online.
