This is a Gorn Starbase which showed in SFC1 when you travel to colony sectors. However, SFC1 uses a retextured Orion starbase for Gorn, not the one in the above pic.
Please don't make it too hi-poly, btw. 1500~1000 if possible.

It's hard for me to see the pic clearly. Is this just 6 gca's arrayed with their butts stuck together? If so, it'd be more than easy. Maybe a top view, if possible, might help.

You hit it on the nose.
I don't think there are any top views of this image. It's what shows in the "menu" screen at an Outpost (ie. not a Main StarBase) for the Gorn in SFC1
The federation outpost image is 6 fed freighters arrayed like this.

Thanks, Viper. I'll see what I can come up with. I only have milkshape to export to .mod (I haven't found an old copy of max yet.). So, no brk.mod, but I should be able to do the model.
