This is a good blue print site I found. Yeah, we have plenty of Trek blueprints available, but this site has some good line drawings of Star Wars Ships too:

not very good drawing, the saucer is too small for the 1700 and 1701 and the excelsior main hull is too big, the 1800 mega phser are wrong, the site need some tuning. :-\ :(
