Really sweet.

Something strikes me as off about the Secondary/??primary?? hull...section with deflector and shuttle bay...I've been a Trek fan for twenty years and couldn't remember which is which to save my life.

Anyway the point was any thoughts on minor reshaping to that hull to convey a sense of redesign/refit from this to the traditional Connie? Perhaps making it a slightly flatter wider oval shape. Not extremely oval just maybe 15% flatter/wider. Think way less severe Galaxy angles

the only thing i like at this are the nacelles, don't like the other parts in NX-textures, i don't like the whole NX era designs and hull textures and why make a NX-era like Connie, this destroys the beauty of the old TOS design  ::) ::)

Oops I haven't checked back in awhile.

That is what I was thinking exactly with the oval shaping. It adds a little "something" to the design doesn't it.

Did you carry the shape down the entire length of the hull? Shuttlebay doors somewhere between Connie and Sovereign in shape would look nice.

 I like it,possibly as the connie as commanded by Robert April, latter refitted to tos style before Kirk's time.
i'm not sure of the timeline but thats what 15 years or so.
