I find it amazing that Star Trek and it's cast of characters has made it all the way to congress.
But, it sounds like he's insulting us (Klingons)... :-\

I wonder how many  poeple saw that speech and were confused asking them selfs what the hell is a vulcan and who the hell are klingons.  :rofl:

I wonder how long until that particular video feed makes it to a passing Klingon Ship and his hometown is destroyed by disrupter fire for the insult...

As for Star Trek I find most amusing how the term "Life form" has gotten into scientific normal every day terminology.  It's so familiar I don't think very many people using it realise where it came from.
