I was wondering, does anyone know of any good sites that have pics of the Star Trek movies? I've tried startrek.com, but it doesn't have a large variety of them and they are somewhat small.
Any info on this would be most appreciated.

Mags, If I remeber correctly, the latest Dvix player would allow you to play the video, and save still images from it, as long as it's not for commercial use. I'll double check it for you bro.

Ok thanks Stephen, but I'm not sure if that will help me very much. The only DVD player I have is on my computer and I don't have the DVD's (just old VHS tapes). Are you saying they have software out there that can save images from DVD Players connected to your computer? Also, the DVD players is somewhat old (I bought the Computer in 2001 or 2002) so I'm not sure if it has these capabilities.

My bad bro. For some reason, I thought you had the DVD's. Hmm. Some video cards, will allow you to port the old VHS to DVD, with software.
I'll look into that, otherwise, I'd consider a Google image search possibly. I don't know of a site persay with just pics of the movie.

What shots are you looking for, I like taking screens ;D I can take some for you.

Could you do that Darkseid? I would like to get as many pics of Star Treks 1 through 4, 6, Generations, and First Contact if possible. Don't really need Ship exterior ships, mostly just need in-ship pics of the crews/people in each video. Any amount of pics I would be most apprciated.

After Reading DarkSides post in the holodeck, I had him pegged for a stand up guy. Thanks for helping him out bro.

No problem, I remember how much of a pain it was when i didn't have a DVD player in my computer. Now I have a DVD burner lol. I'll take some pics and post them as soon as I can. So you would like pics of the crew interacting with each other?
-
Yes, that would be good, or any pics of the ships interiors or outside scenes (like if they beam down to a planet or something). Exterior ship pics are ok too, but not nessessary.

I've already got 150 screen caps from The Motion Picture. And I'm not even half way though lol. I'll eventually get them posted up on a photobucket page and you can choose which ever you want from them. More on the way ;D
-
OK, now make that 571 Screen Caps from ST:TMP. Here are some random shots I took, I'll get them uploaded to photobucket tomorrow for you, and I'll begin working on TWOK.
-
Holy crap! Screen cap 175 is freakin' awesome!
-
I took a few shots like that. It's not a bad looking warp affect.
-
Very nice pics Darkseid, and thank you. I hope you have a lot of pics of Star Trek 2 through 4 as those are the most I'm having trouble finding.
-
If you don't mind Mags, I'm curious, when you ask for something like this, it's usually a big help to the community. Are you planning something again? :D

Well, it does involve a personal project I'm working on. Its more for historical research then anything else, it doesn't really relate with Starfleet Command if that is what you are asking.
I remeber a few years ago, some people were posting quite a few pics on this website of some of the Movies, and now I kinda wish I had saved them for this project. That is why I was hoping someone could help me out here. I don't have the DVD's (no money) and have no clue on how to get the pics I need for my project even if I had the DVD's.

Darkseid, any time schedule on the pics you are collecting? Have you scraped the idea?

Sorry to take so long but things got busy around here. Here is the link to my Photobucket where I am posting the pics. You can check in often to get the uploaded pics.

Oh Gawd that 70s fashion for Trek back then although I really like where they go into warp.
