Even though SG7 is a few days old. I myself have been in stitches more then a few times, over some of the missions flown. So far these are my Top 3 missions that when I think about them, I have to laugh.
No #3. Lear in a R-KCR and myself in a Z-DF take a mission. We get the Host Left message. We then see two F-DN's coming toward us. I make the comment that things are about to get Nasty. Of course the DN's fire everything at me. I got lucky only taking two photon hits, which take out my 5 & 6 Shields.
I charge headlong toward the 1st DN. At a range of 1.5 I fire my drones. All hit causing massave damage to the DN. After I pass I drop a SP which lets loose 12 drones. The DN went Boom. I assisted Lear with the other DN. All I can say is you Got to Love those Type VIII Drones ;D
No #2. Having Dizzy chase me down. Then drafting me. Dizzy in his F-DNL and two G-DNs. Me in my trusty Z-DF :rofl: Can't you feel the love. ;D
No #1. Drafted Risky and Chuut both in R-KCRs for a planet Assalt. Chuut drops at the start of the mission. I hear Risky over voice coms asking "Do you see what I'm seeing" I start looking around and notice that this mission is most definitely bugged. All the Deffences are doubled :o. Six Def platforms, The Planet had I think 14 Phaser 4's. We decided to continue with the mission. At the end we finally beat it. Risky's ship I think was down to 1/2 hull. My DF had no weapons left, and was down to 1/4 hull. I'm still wondering why the Hell we took that Mission ;D

Me and Mutt take a planet assault (whilst the planet is neutral) we proceed to capture all the defending ships. Once the defenders are on our payroll we make for the closest def platform which puts up almost no defense untill our new found friends capture the planet. About that time both def platforms 'go Bezerk' and start blasting the planet (and all non AI ships (me and mutt)) until we both are destroyed. We both alt-out because the mission doesn't end and we see no end with AI fighting AI. So upon relogging to the server I look at the planet- now at def 4, and I still have my ship.
I call that a win-win-win-win situation.
Still not as funny as Mrogue asking if we should run when we saw Diz's DNL coming at us earlier that day.

I'm pretty sure any sensible crew would have mutinied and taken the ship somewhere nice, like the planet Barcelona (where the dogs have no noses).

I dont think it's my skill, its the ship. DH and I talked about it and we are flipping the FYA dates for that and the DN+. That should solve some problems.

Well, Dizzy did not scare me this server with his DNL. I had the honor of facing it 3 times while our team had no dred vs him, and he ran all 3 times. I think he was too afraid he might lose his prize possession ;).

In 3 v 1's each time. You see, the problem wasn't you guys, it was me. None of the Alliance wanted to die as my wing so I had trouble finding someone... I ended up venturing out on my own trying to find a 2v1 I could make competitive. In fact this morning, Capt Jeff even hesitated when I asked him to anchor Chuut's KRCS. Even he thought he would be the next dead dizzy wing also know as DDW.

LOL Dizzy. Actually 1 was a 3v1. the second was a 2v2, me and Duck vs you and Paladin, and the 3rd was just a 1v1, but it was not the dred that time, my bad. You were a gorn in the last one, but still ran.

If I ran in a Gorn ship, I had a good reason... Cuz the only Gorn ship worth flying is a BF and that thing can take down DN's.

Right... Once the Gorn fires the 2 Plasma... It's run down time for the Lyr. I tacobelled.... Besides, me running from you means I think you have some sort of skill. That's a compliment. :P

Ahhh Mission #4. I was in a I-CAT and Braxton was in a I-CCY. I drafted and at first it did not look like a bad mission Vs the AI 2v2. The mission loads and we see that it is indeed only two ships........ two O-CVAs :o They each had 3 photons, 1 F-Torp, 4 drone racks, and lots of phaser 1's. oh and between the two of them......32 fighters. What made this mission so funny was that the Fighters ignored me and went after Braxton. I got savaged by the CVAs while Braxton found out that the fighters were running at speed 24 instead of speed 16.....The Hard Way. It was a nip and tuck battle that we eventually won. at the end I was down to 21 power with 2 phaser ones and a often repaired S-Torp. Braxton had a PPD and I think 3 Phaser ones left at the end.
After we did five more missions Braxton pointed out that the Server God's must have taken pity on us because all we drew in those missions were frigits ;D
