Title: AOTK3: Test server is up with new map

Though not the same as what was used on AOTK1 and AOTK2, this on is more symetricla with a much larger center area for the Dilithium/nip mines.   Post feedback here.

PS.   There is no terrain yet.

Bummer >:(  I just finished taking over a planet 2 hexes away from that center Pirate Planet  :o        NP will do
