This sounds way too complex.
We can't get 90% of pilots to read even the simplest of rules...
HTF are we going to get them to follow all that...?

It's too bad Kruegy didn't quote hte original original post, then I coulda had even more fun..
(yes there was a buncha incomprehensible ramblins that Krugy was originally replying to- this makes him look meaner though so)

Oops= anyway original was posted on the wrong forum, just a very brief outline of genius ideas and such

That was supposed to be in the "non-peon" place for teh intellectuals and such.

I think 2 weeks.....

Double VCs for illegal fleet formations but allow them.

More VC payouts for different situations (seperate DB for logging battles would go along way here reporting wise.)
