Why don't we just go ahead and surrender now? The Alliance is rarely on the server, the Federation stronghold has been entirely absorbed, the Federation homeworld is already under attack and will be taken sometime this afternoon, and we have no economy. The yard is producing nothing but police ships, frigates and the occassional NCL. Even if we had worthwhile ships to buy there is absolutely nowhere to resupply or repair them. Our homeworlds are scattered, unconnected and isolated.
Roughly one week into the campaign and we've already been beaten.

Breaking your spirit is exactly why the coalition made a thrust to earth. Kind of surprising they took this long. 5 coalition missions being run for every 3 alliance. This is the joy of turning a fun SQL research server into an all out serious server. There aren't enough devoted alliance pilots willing to hang in on a long server period. If it is over and the alliance surrenders as you suggest, hopefully the coalition is content playing with themselves.
