Title: OP Modding Tutorial?

I've been kicking around an idea for a mod.  I was hoping there might be a sort of basic primer for modding OP that I could use to educate myself on the process.  That way I'll know which dumb questions to ask and which dumb questions not to ask.

I just ask them all.  The people on here are not afraid to tell you it was a stupid question.

And heck, some of them even answer my questions.  A bonus.
