I'm picking up a new motherboard this weekend, with a little luck I'll be up and running hardware wise. Then I just have to poke dizzy with a stick to finish that map.
Brax and SFHQ, you guy want to host this on THOR using SQL? I think we should at this point with our decline in player numbers.

Dizzy did want to use SQL, so THOR is ready for setting up the server soon as Dizzy is :)

Thor is all set up as of Jan. 24th, all we need are the right .gf files and all that stuff and it is ready to go in the usual location. Just shoot Frey or myself a PM and we can figure it out from there. You even get a fresh install of MySQL, because I'm just that nice.

i think without a fix for awhile...anybody who has an itch will probably make an appearance or two...and its been awhile...

Since I'm working 50+ hrs a week, and am seriously behind on bills because of having 4 of 12 vacancies atm., I doubt I'll have any time in the short term to devote to finishing the server. Sucks cuz I kinda need to blow off some steam and what better way than to get online and blow up some starships, eh?

How about DH throw his last server up again for a while. Be like a rerun on TV but it was a very fun server. Maybe change the rules abit so that people can tee off.
Would give Dizzy time to reclaim his time.

The BoneYard server has been kind of fun when I go on it.It is fun change from the Forge and normal D2 server using speed slider 10.

It would be even more fun if it was always up so pilots in different timezones, etc. could get on when they can. ;)
I did enjoy The Boneyard for a while, but, it would seem to be down about 80% of the times I would have time to log on for a while.
