Title: AOTK4 DB cleaned and prestige set

All characters now have 75000 PP and any new accounts created will have 75000 PP to start

Since Braxton is is under the weather, I guess I will step up and RM the Alliance.. First set of orders will be posted this evening after I assess the situation.
