Its been awhile and there has not been any updates. :(
I try to peek in the SFC 4 thread buts its all tecnobabble to me. I don't know what they are talking about.
Im sure other poeple here, would like a plain English update as well. :)

we have been hearing "soon" ever since frey announced he was given the eaw source,even if yall havent even started on the code yet at least let us know what the the status is.

Hmmm, Christmas, not sure. I'd say more like waiting for "dad" to come home from war. You hope it is going to happen, can't put a date on it, and he could come home KIA.

KIA huh If that happens i will blame OBAMA and Greed on that :crazy2: the 1 has screwed up enough as it is already regardless of the bullshi! polls . SFC4 better not be the same thing :-\ . Their is Soooooooo much hope by the community for it to NOT fail. More HOPE and no truth will be the end of this country and sfc community. $ better NOT be the issue with all the FREE products produced by this sfc community!

money might be a problem for it, but it would be (in my opinion) on the side of those who own the copywrites.

I'm in agreement with the general sentiment. All I ask is a simple post saying, "SFC4 still = W.I.P." (or, SFC4 = R.I.P. if the unfortunate has occurred) from one of the team so we can know that something is going on. However, something more substantial, such as whatever has been done so far, would also be appreciated.
BUT: I don't want to push the team too far by begging for an update. Maybe they've gone ahead and are almost done, saving it as a surprise release. Or maybe there was some unforseen problem delaying things, and they don't want us to worry. There's also the possibility that the almost endless debates we've had over what should be in (or out of) 4 (for good and for bad) has created similar debates amongst the team, deadlocking them into no constructive output as yet.
SFC will continue in one form or another. I say we give the team some love and a little more patience. :smitten: :smitten:

hopefully, if anyone has noticed the orgie for SFC4 has all but died off. Some news is needed, but hopefully it will be more then once a year.

You know... if this gets off the ground I imagine there will be a fair number of old-timers, myself included, that will be knocking the rust off and jumping back into this game. Here's hoping!
