If you want to goof around and just fly a few Lyran vs Kzin battles with historical ships, that works too.

Looks like you guys are pulling together a great event.  I won't be participating, but I'm glad to see that someone finally decided to put one of these things together years after I stopped lobbying for it.

It's taking just the right of inspiration, perspiration, technical know-how (thanks Bonk!), and the idea of not even bothering with a D2 portion to get this going. 

That and we simply don't have enough players for a D2.

I haven't kept up with the development of this as much as I should have.  (Only because I knew I couldn't run a race; I was just going to log on and play when it started.)

Is this still the campaign where a D2 runs underneath with one DV shift per battle, while your planned assaults flip a hex in one go, or -- based upon the post above -- is it pure planned battles only?

Sorry if I've missed so much that this is a dumb question.

At this point in time the plans to run a D2 underneath have been scrapped.   But NOTHING is written in stone.

Feds are still looking for an RM -  how do you look in blue?  I'm also willing to vacate the Klingon spot if Red is more your thing.
