AVG by Grisoft I believe works with Server 2003...

Or there is always Windows Defender.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/defender/default.mspx

Both are free.

I use my own build of ClamAV. I'm a minor version behind as most windows builds are but it serves my purposes. I'll build the latest version again soon.

It requires much reading of documentation (http://www.clamav.net/doc/latest/html/) and manual command line configuration for effective scanning, but that is also it's power. My build also uses the clamd daemon where clamwin does not.

I say my build, but I'm just compiling the source from here with minor fixes:
http://clamwin.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/clamwin/trunk/clamav-release-moved-to-git-branch-stable/
well I guess they moved it to git:
http://clamwin.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=clamwin/clamav-win32.git;a=tree

Interesting, looks like I may not have to bother with the clamwin code and will be able to get a windows port from clamav directly with version 0.96:
http://www.clamav.net/download/packages/packages-win32

I've attached my latest build to this post and can supply example uses. Note: it is an on-demand scanner only, thus suited for use on a server.
