Title: Is MSN down?

I keep getting this when I try to login:

Error
FW-1 at fw1: Access denied.
I'm trying to get an MSDS from USP. They said they can send me one by email. So I created a hotmail/live account just for the purpose. Now I cannot send a hotmail/msn message to get my MSDS.

They have them online but require subscription:

Is that legal in the US?  :skeptic:

I will not use any of my main emails for this. All they get is a single e-mail account.  >:(

Anyway, is MSN down? 

Perhaps my proxy blacklisted msn as I was using it?

It's back...

and USP does not charge for MSDSs. Just a confusing site.
